A LETTER TO SRI NARENDRA TOMARJEE "WHAT BOKARO STEEL CITY NEEDS "

1. Development of township is totally stagnant . Encroachment of vacant land is taking place so utilization of vacant land should be properly used by allotting plots to private sector or institution . That will be better for cash crunch organisation like SAIL.

2. Development of good Engineering college and medical college is much needed and demand of the city . With the help of SAIL you can develop good engineering college and medical college.
Suggestion;-Establish SAIL INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING COLLEGE
                                                                        OR
                                      SAIL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL COLLEGE
I think it will help some monetary help to SAIL on recession period . In Bokaro  there is good bank of retired brilliant engineers and doctors , who can be utilized in these institutions.We need quality higher education here, lots of money is going out of town.

3.10 Million Tone programme should be implemented for the betterment of employment generation and the development of BIADA and the Region .

4.Restarting the leasing of quarters may be implemented this will help ex and present employees housing problem.
